Employers.
Everything businesses ask before they brief us. For the film, the package and how a search runs, see the employer page.
Recruitment for employers- How do we start a search?
- Send us the enquiry card on the For employers or Contact page with the role you’re hiring for. We’ll come back to you to talk it through.
- How much does a search cost?
- It depends on the role. Tell us about it and we’ll walk you through the terms before anything starts. Sending an enquiry costs nothing.
- What do you need from us at the brief?
- The role, the pay and terms, and what great looks like in the job. That becomes the role page, the screening questions and the closing date.
- Which roles do you recruit for?
- Specialist roles in client success, sales, marketing, operations, customer support, and systems and automation.
- Do you recruit outside Australia?
- No. Every role we run is in Australia, on site or fully remote, and applicants are asked where they’re based and about their right to work here.
- How do you use AI?
- AI-assisted screening scores written answers against the role’s real criteria and summarises them for the reviewer. It helps sort; it never rejects anyone. A person makes every shortlist decision.
- Why put the pay on the role page?
- So everyone who applies has already said yes to it. Nobody spends an interview finding out the numbers don’t work.
- Can we hire without naming the business?
- Yes. We can recruit under our name. Applicants see the kind of business, the pay and the terms, and your name stays private until you’re ready.
- How long does a search take?
- Every search runs to a closing date we agree with you at the brief. Applications are reviewed after it closes, and your shortlist follows once a person has reviewed it.
- What do applicants actually do?
- A short application on their phone: quick questions on the role’s must-haves, two written scenarios and their details, then a 90-second video intro. No cover letter.
- How do you contact shortlisted applicants?
- On WhatsApp. Applicants are told before they apply, so the number they give us is one that’s on WhatsApp.
- Who makes the final decision?
- You do. We build a shortlist a person has reviewed; you interview it and agree terms directly with the person you hire.
- Who employs the person we hire?
- You do. The role is with your business, not with us, and the person you hire works for you.
Talent.
For anyone applying for a role through us, or thinking about it.

- Who are the roles with?
- With the hiring business. Supercharged Talent recruits on behalf of client businesses, and each listing tells you the kind of business you’d work for.
- Is the pay really on every listing?
- Yes. Every role shows its pay before you apply. If we can’t say what a role pays, we don’t list it.
- Do I need to be in Australia?
- Yes. We only recruit for roles in Australia, and the application asks where you’re based and about your right to work here.
- Are the roles remote?
- Some are. Each listing says where the role is based, the hours and the type of work, so you know before you apply.
- Can I apply for more than one role?
- Yes. Each role has its own application.
- What if there’s no role for me right now?
- Join the talent pool and we’ll email you when a specialist role opens that fits. Just the roles, nothing else.
Applications.
About four minutes on your phone, then a 90-second video. Here’s everything people ask along the way.
- How long does it take to apply?
- About four minutes: quick taps about your availability and experience, two short written scenarios, then your details. After that you record a 90-second video intro.
- Do I need a resume or a cover letter?
- No cover letter. A resume is optional: you can add one after your video if you have it.
- Why do you ask for a video?
- It’s the fairest way to hear how you’d come across to the people you’d work with. A phone selfie is perfect. A person assesses it on clarity and communication only, never on appearance, accent or background.
- What if I can’t record the video right now?
- Save your spot and record it later from your personal link. You can set a reminder for a time that suits you.
- Can I finish my application later?
- Yes. Your answers save as you go. Use your personal link, or enter the 8-character code from it on the Continue page.
- Is AI used to assess my application?
- Automated tools may help organise and summarise written answers. People review applications and make every hiring decision, and your video is always assessed by a person.
- How will I hear back?
- Shortlisted applicants hear from us on WhatsApp, so make sure the number you give us is on WhatsApp.
- What happens after the closing date?
- Applications are reviewed on the role’s criteria and a person makes the shortlist. Shortlisted applicants interview with the hiring business, and schedule, workload and pay are agreed before any offer.
