How we handle information from people who apply for roles through Supercharged Talent.
Last updated29 September 2026
Who we are
Supercharged Talent is a recruitment brand that hires on behalf of client businesses. For the Client Success Manager role, we are recruiting on behalf of an Australian automotive marketing agency (“the hiring agency”).
What we collect
- Your application answers, including eligibility, experience and written answers.
- Your contact details: name, email, mobile number, suburb and state, and LinkedIn profile if you give it.
- Your intro video and, if you choose to upload one, your resume.
- How you completed the form, such as time spent on each question and whether text was pasted in. We use these only as context for reviewers.
- Basic analytics and advertising identifiers, such as the campaign you arrived from, Meta click identifiers, a one-way hashed version of your IP address, and your browser type.
Why we collect it
To assess your suitability for this role, contact you about your application, and understand which of our job ads are working. We don’t ask for, and please don’t include, sensitive information that isn’t needed to assess your application.
How applications are reviewed
We may use automated tools to help organise and summarise written answers. People review applications and make every hiring decision. Your video is assessed by a person, on clarity and communication only, never on appearance, accent or background.
Who sees it
Supercharged Talent and the hiring agency’s hiring team. We also use service providers to run this process: our database and file storage (hosted in Sydney), our customer-relationship and messaging platform, and Meta for advertising measurement. The For employers page plays a video hosted by Vidalytics, which records viewing activity such as plays and watch time. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia. We don’t sell your information.
How long we keep it
If you’re unsuccessful, we delete your application, video and resume 12 months after applications close. If you’re hired, your information becomes part of your employment records with the hiring agency.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time using the form below. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with how we handle a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
