You meet the hiring business. Schedule, workload and pay are agreed before any offer.

The pay is on the listing.: Every role shows its pay before you apply. No “competitive salary”.
We screen on the job.: Questions come from what the role needs: availability, work rights, skills and judgement. Never your age, gender, ethnicity or appearance.
No cover letter.: Short, structured answers tell us more than a page of polish.
Your data stays yours.: We keep what we need to assess your application and delete it on a set schedule.

Find somewhere quiet with light in front of you, not behind.

Hold the phone at eye level, or prop it up.
Like a client.
Talk like you would to a client: clear, warm and to the point.
One take.
One take is fine. We’re listening for how you communicate, not production quality.

Do I need a resume?: No. You can add one after your video if you have it, but the application doesn’t depend on it.
Can I finish later?: Yes. Your answers save as you go. If you leave, use your personal link or enter your code on the Continue page.
